HESLY Metal Mesh designs, manufactures and distributes refractory anchors and armoury products to global market. Flexmetal is the direct counterpart of Hexmetal. It performs all the same functions as Hexmesh, its design however, allows free form rolling to diameters as small as 75mm without the need for any power forming equipment. It fully complements dense hydraulic and chemically bonded refractories in resisting erosion.

Hexmesh: Bonding Hole Type
Instead of lance tabs, holes are punched through the walls of the hexmetal cell. Refractory can then flow through these holes to achieve a bond from one cell to another.

Hexagonal Mesh: Pronges/Lances Type
this style has lance tabs protruding from the walls of the hexagonal cell to act as anchorage for the refractory.

Application of HESLY Hex mesh
Hex mesh is flexible and easily conforms to circular shapes, which allows it to be rolled. It is ideal for lining ducts, furnaces, reactor vessels, cyclones, flue gas lines and other high temperature equipment of virtually any shape or configuration.
Hex steel is put to use in many industries including power plants, chemical industry, cement plants, steel, petroleum, power generation and other large devices. Hex material can largely improve the heat erosion and abrasion resistance.
